WikiLeaks and the US Military
The Internet has enabled civilization to push the boundaries of communication beyond what we could have
ever imagined a few decades ago. The Internet has and will continue to be a forum for free speech, exchange
of information and culture, and most importantly, a digital organic-like entity that will continuously make
the playing field a bit more fair for the little guy who has information or an opinion he'd like to share
with the world. In an era long ago, without the internet and websites like WikiLeaks.org, one would not
have access to classified information like the one regarding the US Apache helicopter killing up to 12
people in Baghdad. Today, that information is available to you and I.
Please note, the video footage link below is of mature content and should be viewed with discretion.
WikiLeaks site unfazed by arrest of US army 'source'
"The US has detained US military analyst Bradley Manning on suspicion of leaking classified material to
the site [wikileaks.org]... One video reportedly posted to the site by Mr Manning shows a US Apache helicopter
killing up to 12 people - including two Reuters journalists - during an attack in Baghdad in 2007. Two children
were also seriously injured in the assault on the group..."
BBC News - Jonahan Fildes, Tech Reporter
About WikiLeaks.org
"WikiLeaks is a multi-jurisdictional public service designed to protect whistleblowers, journalists and activists
who have sensitive materials to communicate to the public. Since July 2007, WikiLeaks has worked across the globe
to obtain, publish and defend such materials, and, also, to fight in the legal and political spheres for the broader
principles on which their work is based: the integrity of the common historical record and the rights of all peoples
to create new history."

The 8 Most Important Videos of the Gulf Oil Disaster
"In a larger-than-life event like the Gulf Oil disaster, words can only do so much to portray the bitterness,
anguish, and absurdity of the situation. We must also rely on images and video to document the tragedy."

The Marketing of Free Marc Emery
We're involved in many different social causes. One of them is the extradition of Canadian Marc Emery.
A few weeks ago, Pixel Dreams team attended a worldwide Free Marc Emery Rally. Over 50 cities around the globe
protested on behalf of Canadian citizen, Marc Emery, also known as the Prince of Pot. There are few Canadians
that popular (Nickelback and Celine Dion, maybe). This is what stellar self promotion can achieve.
The Toronto rally took place at US Consulate on University Avenue, drawing plenty of awareness from passing
motorists who tooted their horns in support of the politically charged protesters. Many brought their homemade
signs and banners turning University Avenue traffic island into an amazing setting for political billboards.
Though we only numbered just over a hundred (in Toronto) our signage was seen by thousands of passing vehicles
on both sides of University Ave.

Fly Your Face in Space!
Tired of online relationships, speed-dating, lingering at the produce section to find your next match? I know I have;
so I decided to turn to NASA to help me find true love. I sent a picture of myself to NASA to ship off during their
September 16th, 2010 Mission (STS-133), in hopes of securing an intergalactic hook-up. Have you seen how hot Vulcan
chicks are?! You too can send a pic of your face into space. It'll only take a few minutes - and you never know who
might end up checking you out.
"NASA wants to put a picture of you on one of the two remaining space shuttle missions and launch it into orbit.
To launch your face into space and become a part of history..." FaceInSpace.nasa.gov

3 Cool Movies this June
The Karate Kid (yes, the remake)
The only thing cooler than Karate is Kung-Fu. After watching thousands of hours of Kung-Fu movies (no exaggeration)
with my dad, I've mastered the skill of recognizing the tenants of a good Kung-Fu movie. This movie has them all,
and Jaden Smith whom I'm a big fan-boy of.
- No-skilled foreigner gets his ass whooped
- Training scenes that'll make you burn calories just watching
- Chopsticks
- Old master with unconventional wisdom
- Final fight scene = redemption

Shrek 3 – Shrek Forever After
Loved it! Without a doubt, Shrek Forever After is one of the best movies this summer. It's fun for the kids and
intelligently deep for a more mature audience. Shrek finds himself in an alternate universe, very much like George
Bailey in It's a Wonderful Life (1946), but unlike George, going back to his own reality becomes an adventure that
Shrek may never get to realize. Even if you have a heart made of coal, this movie will make your eyes sweat worse
than that time you found yourself at the Onion & Garlic convention.

Splice
This movie is spliced into 48 percent sci-fi, 27 percent horror, 21 percent Freudian tutorials and 4 percent comedy.
If your biological tolerance for ‘ew' is high, and your mentally capable to appreciate artistic Freudian references
without looking at your daddy differently, this movie may be your perfect escape to a freak universe.
